ORGANIZATION, RESEARCH AND LOGISTICS
Employing proven systems to discern the mission, space is made for art to amplify the authentic voice. Once the background and motivation for the video is understood, we will examine all the avenues for storytelling that suit your needs, and then make recommendations for the voices and locations to be included in the video.
THE PROPOSAL
A proposal will include a summary of mission, scope of work, production personnel, production phase breakdowns, deliverable descriptions, production timeline, and budget. Holaday Graves Media will be responsible for all phases of production, ensuring a seamless process with a trusted team of contractors. We will facilitate feedback and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure that the video is as impactful as possible prior to release.

As a gay crime survivor, Dylan guides sensitive storylines dexterously. He draws upon the wisdom of his own experience coupled with his academic background in psychology (UVA ’08, High Distinction) and victim advocacy (NACP ‘17) to work with emotional dialog in an empowering and ethical manner.
